How to make a Quickpage

Create a new document

Open your picture

Drag the picture to your new document

Open your quickpage

 
and drag on top of your picture

Use free transform to
reduce the size of your quickpage

Use again free transform
this time to reduce the

size of your picture

The layout is done
but we can still improve the look.
Click the layer of the quickpage

Then click the f icon to show
the blending option
choose drop shadow

Adjust the drop shadow structure
according to your own liking
you can also use bevel and emboss
